Just one of many God Things the Gomez family has encountered:
Kim's Story:
had mentioned the other day that I wanted to post some of our WOW GOD moments. There are so many that trying to do them all at once would be the longest post in FB history. SO I want to post them a little at a time. They will be in random order, as my brain is reduced to mush at this point. Please bear with me :) The day we were leaving for Dallas we stopped at Walmart so my family co...uld get some snacks for the road before Audree and I left on the airplane. My husband and dad went into the store. Within 5 minutes, both Marky and Avaree just had to go potty!! So I get them out of the suburban and begin the trek from the parking lot to the entrance. As we are nearing the doors, this HUGE African American man sporting a massive beard came out of the doors pushing an empty shopping cart. He was staring right at me and walking towards me with no intention of changing course. I was a little frightened, but was quickly taken aback! He stopped in front of me and said "Ma'am I hope you are having a blessed day!" Not wanting to share with him the details of my day (um flying to Dallas for my baby girl's heart condition) I said "Yes sir, I am." (Because after all God had made provisions for us in this terrible time) I tried to drag my kids around this mountain of a man, all the while listening to my precious babies are saying ever so loudly "Momma who is that man?" "Mommy he is BIG", etc! :) Then he says "Darlin don't stop praying. Don't stop believing! God's got this!" I smiled as chills ran down my spine and he said "And I won't stop praying for her." I was so shocked I couldn't respond. I was brought back to functioning status with Marky now stating in an "outside voice" Momma who is that man? Can we take him home with us? He is so BIG!".... um no ... I turn around to shush my vocal little man then turn back around to continue staring at this stranger and he is gone. GONE. .... WOW GOD!
